In Prince George's County, Maryland there is a man standing at Brightseat Road and Central Avenue selling a bubble gun. I didn't ask how much...but I did snap his picture. I know you have seen him...and his friend.

So what made them decide to sell bubble machines at the traffic light...? How many have they sold? Would you buy one?
